EPC Support

Technical engineering that secures your construction phase

From plan review to final acceptance, we guarantee the technical compliance of your project during the EPC phase.

Technical non-conformities discovered at the end of construction leading to costly rework

Lack of independent electrical works monitoring exposing the project owner to risks

Our deliverables

Engineering review

Critical analysis of plans, single-line diagrams, cable schedules and technical specifications.

Calculation notes

Cable sizing, differential protection, reactive compensation, selectivity.

Commissioning supervision

On-site presence during commissioning tests to validate compliance with specifications.

Electrical QAQC

Quality control of electrical works, review of test sheets and minutes.

FAT/SAT tests

Assistance during factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).

Technical punch-lists

Identification and tracking of non-conformities until clearance before acceptance.

Our EPC approach

  1. 01

    IFC review

Review of issued-for-construction documents: plans, SLD, equipment specifications.

    Engineering comments list

  2. 02

    Calculation notes

Sizing and verification of calculations submitted by the contractor.

    Approved calculation notes

  3. 03

    Site supervision

Regular site visits, progress reports and quality control.

    Site visit reports

  4. 04

    Commissioning tests

Participation in tests and compliance verification of results.

    Commissioning minutes

  5. 05

    Acceptance

Punch-list clearance, final compliance validation and acceptance report.

    Final acceptance report

Frequently asked questions

Do you intervene from the design phase or only during construction?
We can intervene from the design phase (FEED review) to avoid costly errors, but our most frequent intervention is during the construction (IFC) and commissioning phase.
What is your availability for site visits?
We adapt our schedule to site milestones. Regular travel to West, Central and East Africa is part of our routine activity.
